Pretty princess!

Good daddy wanted to suprise his little princess (and his wife) with a fun cake for his daughter's birthday. He let me take the reins, and I guess it turned out ok. I don't like the quilting...should have thought that one out a little more before doing it!

Suprise Lindsey!

I got a phone call from someone who didn't plan a birthday too well, asking if I could do a cake...basically that night. (I had a previous engagement for the next evening when the dinner was, so that made it be due that night). Anyway, they told me to do whatever I wanted (which I hate), and basically this is what I can come up with in just a few hours. I actually think it was pretty cute! It was french vanilla with strawberry and bavarian cream filling.

JJ turns One!

Does it get any cuter? Seriously? I am a little proud of this one....who wouldn't be!? Tiers were german chocolate with strawberry filling, and french vanilla with buttercream filling. Such adorable little animals!

Kristie

I love how this cake turned out! Her theme was all out-doorsy and fishing, and the cake fit in so well! Bottom tier orange cream w/ marshmallow buttercream, middle was lemon w/ lemon filling, and top was another orange cream. So cute!

Summer turns 4!

This princess Ariel cake was for my sweet little neighbor. Loves everything princess. The cake was chocolate with strawberry filling.

Brooklynn turns 8!

Fun and spunky cake for an 8 year old little girl! I think it turned out pretty cute, too! Both tiers confetti cake with yummy rainbow chip filling.

Chelsea

This was a small, intimate wedding with a beautiful bride....and cake! Off white fondant with a brown fondant ribbon. Both tiers were chocolate, one with raspberry and the other with bavarian cream.

Koreena's birthday!

This was a fun, light-hearted birthday at a bowling alley! The cake turned out adorable, and was a hit with lemon cake and raspberry filling, and red velvet with cream cheese.

Happy birthday Vinson!

If you love steak this much, you deserve to have your steak and eat it too...I mean cake. (OK, little boy had both...in one!) This turned out soo awesome! A nice t-bone steak, seasoned with "salt" and "pepper". (Good slab of fat along the side), with a side of "salted" green beans and mashed potatoes (made out of my cake bite "dough")and gravy. It almost looks good enough to eat! (And I'm sure it was!) The cake was a marble cake with bavarian cream filling.

Congrats Ryan!

The ever popular Utah University graduation cake! I love this mini version though, the "U" with the little grad cap...so cute! Cream cheese chocolate cake with raspberry filling.

Cake walk

I totally forgot we had a family reunion, and I was going to bring a couple cakes for the cake walk! So, the night before I quickly baked a cake, and whipped up some "adult" cupcakes (meaning, they were geared towards an adult palate! What were you thinking!?) The cake was french vanilla with raspberry filling, and the cupcakes were cream cheese chocolate filled with bavarian cream and frosted with marshmallow buttercream. I made the cupcakes "plain" and the cake bright so the darned kids would stay away from them! In the end, it didn't work...an 8 year old chose my cupcakes. Hope he enjoyed them!

Kennedy turned 2....too!

She loves piggies. And she's a girl. We went with pink and piggy themed! This was such an easy cute cake...all you amateurs out there, you can totally do this! (This was my daughter, and because I threw it all together the night before, I can't even tell you what flavors it was....I have a GREAT memory! I'm pretty sure it was a cream cheese chocolate with bavarian cream, and french vanilla with cream cheese/raspberry).

Tyler turned 2!

I LOOOOVE this cake! He turned out so adorable! I love the colors (nice choice Tiff), and I love how the texture on his fins turned out! Tyler had a water/under the sea theme. His cake was french vanilla with raspberry/bavarian cream filling. YUMMY!

Sandy

Kind of whimsical, and pretty for sure! We definately had a problem with the heat, though. Hopefully it didn't melt too much more after the pics were taken! Cream cheese chocolate with bavarian cream, and french vanilla with bavarian cream.

Brittany's bridal shower!

This is a REALLY bad pic, but I guess you take what you can get! I'm pretty sure this was carrot cake with cream cheese filling, and raspberry swirl with raspberry.

Mckesha

Messy buttercream with a fondant ribbon around the bottoms. Tiers made up of cream cheese chocolate, freanch vanilla, and confetti cake...all with buttercream filling.

Cassandra

Reapeat, and amazing client ordered this for her nephew and his bride! It turned out very elegant looking I thought. Bottom was cream cheese chocolate w/ chcolate ganache, middle was strawberry w/ marshmallow buttercream, and top was lemon w/ lemon filling.

BYU graduation!

It's about time I got a BYU cake! I only wish it turned out better, ha ha! Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling.

Butterflies on cheesecake

I was asked to embelish a cheesecake (from Costco) with something in the girl's wedding colors for her bridal shower. Hope she likes butterflies!

Welcome baby, Cali! Congrats Athina!

You can't have too many versions of the baby bump! This was for a baby girl, obviously! (And it's been so long since I actually made the cake, I don't remember what the flavor was!)

Malina is 1! (And it's not me!)

I was so excited to make this cake....I mean, the girl is practically named after me! (Ok, not really, but we DO have the same name). It was a way cute cake too. French vanilla with whipped chocolate ganache, and cream cheese chocolate with rasperry.

Megan

This cake captured everthing that a summer wedding should be! Light and fun and flowery. The photographer was awesome also! His name is Aaron Despain and you should definately check him out!

Camri

The colors of this wedding were so fun and bright, and I think her cake resembles that too! So fun! It was buttercream, but it worked out ok. Both tiers were cream cheese chocolate with raspberry filling.

Joanne

I really had fun with this cake! I don't know why, I just like it alot! And I really like the ribbon she picked for the cake, I love the dimension. Her bottom tier was french vanilla with raspberry, middle tier carrot with cream cheese, and top tier of raspberry swirl with bavarian cream filling.

Cori

Another home run with buttercream! (Maybe I can do this!) Frosted "smoothe" with buttercream, but then I piped on the detailing so it didn't matter what it looked like underneath! Such an easy concept, and yet it is so pretty! Cream cheese chocolate with cream cheese filling, raspberry swirl with raspberry, and cream cheese chocolate with raspberry.

Sarah

Here is a buttercream cake I love....because it wasn't supposed to be smoothe! YAY! I loved having the tiers separated by the platforms and think it definately added something unique to the cake! The pin wheel flowers were made out of fondant and brushed with luster dust to make them a little sparkley. Bottom tier, cream cheese chocolate with bavarian cream filling, middle was raspberry swirl with raspberry filling, and top was cream cheese chocolate with bavarian cream too.

Bri's Birthday

Pirate's can be for girls too, and here is proof! The pics are grainy, but we did a "map" type tier with a bunch of symbols connected by dots leading to X marks the spot! I topped it off with a treasure chest full of booty for the birthday girl! Cream cheese chocolate cake with strawberry filling.
